By accessing or using the services provided by 0Agents Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, GPU cloud, AI infrastructure, AI agents, and model hosting (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You will not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) use the Services to build a competing product; or (d) use the Services to transmit malicious code or infringing content.
You may not use the Services to engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including generating content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights, harassing others, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You retain all rights to the data, models, and content you upload or generate using the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to such content.
Paid Services are billed according to the plan or usage you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Late payments may result in suspension of Services and incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
The Services, including all software, design, and documentation, are owned by 0Agents Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business and technical information disclosed in connection with the Services with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and at least a reasonable standard of care.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party outages may affect availability. Service-level commitments, if any, are described in a separate SLA.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0Agents Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0Agents Labs, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0Agents Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
